Jose was excellent and knowledgeable. He did the work by himself with the help of my partner to place the pieces on the wall.
Customer servce was great they got back to us quickly the technician was on time polite and knew his job cleaned up after him self i would definitely recommend klevis great job thank you

Had issues with the first guy they sent me, he wasnt communicating and was acting rude but Porch sent another guy out the next day who was great
I'm so glad I opted for the assembly. If it took him almost 4 hours to put together I can only imagine how long it would have taken me. He did a great job but didn't clean up behind himself. I wish I would have took a pic of the mess he made and left.
First off, I do not like that they won't schedule someone the day after delivery. So you'll be having your furniture just sitting there in the box for 3 days. I also can tell they do not train their employees enough. The guy who put our tv stand together took hours
Never contacted me to schedule appointment, Finally texted 2 days later to confirm an appt. that was not made. The service person never showed up, or texted (as he said, that he would when on the way). Now trying to get a refund from Walmart is added nightmare. The stand is assembled following directions and the doors do not fit!!!!!
Very disappointed. They kept giving me dates for them to come out and assemble my item and before each appointment they would cancel and reschedule . This happened about 4 times. I found someone to do it and when he looked at the instructions he felt that was the reason they kept canceling. He knows schematics and builds houses. He put my fireplace together and charged me less. I always wished I could pay to get something already assembled and was happy to see this offer, unfortunately I was disappointed.
