Great for keto diet. My husband is very picky and likes snacking. He's on keto and likes snacking on this. He liked the nacho cheese and barbecue the most
I am always looking for something salty to eat but everything has such high carbs in them. I found these with only 2 carbs and 21 protein and I LOVE them! I saw the reviews and a lot of people said they did not like the taste. However you're not buying the fattening cheese puffs! I think the taste is absolutely great with what you're getting in return with high protein and low carbs!
This comes in a huge jar which is already very satisfying, the protein portion is just great, way more than you can ask for! The cheese flavour is good too.

I love cheesy poofs and was so happy find these. They even leave the cheese dust on your fingers haha! They taste pretty good but the aftertaste is something to be desired. And they're a little pricey. I would probably buy them again but not all the time.
The cheese balls are much smaller than the regular cheese balls. The picture gives the illusion that the jar and balls are larger. As for taste, they are not the same as regular, but ok for a crunchy keto snach. They tend to stick in my teeth. They are quite expensive, like everything labeled keto friendly. Not sire I'll buy them again.
very fresh good quality, crunchy ,tasty but has a weird texture when chewed ..the puffs are very small , thought it would be big but still tasty. the only problem is that its very expensive

Neither my wife or I care for them. The flavor is lacking and in general don't taste very well to us.
These taste gross. Texture is fine. Nacho flavor is nasty. I was also surprised at how small the jar is, but that is not my reason for the 1 star review.
