They gave me one that I ordered and another was not the same it was APR you're lekrish and they don't like that so I was bummed out

These had apparently gotten hot. They were all melted together as hard as a brick. It's what you get for pickup orders- garbage
It wasn't the items but the 3 hour delivery. I wasn't contacted. The store asked ME to contact the driver. (Shouldn't it be the other way around?)
Don't like
this is the second time that I have ordered twizlers hershey chocolate licorice and recieved cherry instead, even though I had strawberry listed as my 2nd choice. Why do we bother to list an alternative if they don't bother to read it. I don't like cherry. and I have no way to return it, do to being disabled. Way to go pickers. maybe if they had to pay for their mistakes, they would start paying attention.
