I like Tylenol. It works fast. It gets rid of my pain quickly. It last for 8 hr. I never get side effects. It's easy on my stomach. It basically works for everything.
I take this for aches and pains. It helps when I have had a long day at work. It helps my backache and muscle soreness from being on my feet all day. I take it with a glass of water so it can go to work relieving my pain. It is generally inexpensive and widely available where I shop.

I use this when I have cramping in my muscles and aches and pains. It gives me effective relief without any side effects. I generally take a couple caplets to get relief. These are a good value and a bottle lasts me a long time. It can also help relieve sore muscles after working all day
I have issues with back and ankle and this helped a lot. The highest dosage over the counter medicine and it reliefs the pain for more than 8 hours.
This is the only Tylenol I use for Muscle and Back pain. I experience back pain from standing for long periods of time. I take two and it takes the pain away for me about 6-7hrs. These are not very small size pills but they are standard size if you're use to Tylenol. I recommend this product to anyone experiencing muscle and back pain!

I have been using this tablet since very long time , very effectively worked for me . Tylenol is very good pain relief tablets, best one till now. The dosage instructions are very well displayed on the box . Definitely a value pack.
