[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol® Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day & Night handed my tough cold this past week. I had all of the classic symptoms, headache, sore throat, stuffy nose, and body ache. I took a single dose, within 30 minutes I was already feeling better. My headache was subsiding, my throat hurt less, my fever was reduced. I was just feeling so much better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day & Night is an awesome product for relieving chest and nasal congestion, headaches, fever, and body aches. When I first took the nighttime pills, I was amazed at how fast it worked (within 30 mins, maybe even sooner), and my headache disappeared all together, I was able to take deep breaths and breath with ease with having to cough, and it helped me fall asleep and sleep through the night without stuffy nose or aches and pain. The daytime tablets did the same and I was able to get out of bed feeling rested and able to function normally without headaches, congestion, cough, or aches and pain. I definitely recommend this product to anyone needing relief from cold/flu symptoms!

Worked fairly quick and I could tell that my nose was clearing up about 30 mins after I took the medication. Was very easy to obtain if you followed the instructions and showed the appropriate information. Would recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't use many things when I get sick where I have high blood pressure and kidney problems my doctor told me to use Tylenol extra strength cold& flu multi-action day and night I was feeling horrible were I was sick and within 30 minutes after taking it I started feeling better it help release all that pressure off my head and opened up my sinuses to were I could breath better. I would definitely recommend Tylenol extra strength cold and flu multi-action day and night. I promise when you are sick it's the best one to use especially if you have high blood pressure.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found Tylenol® Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day & Night to be quite effective at relieving body- and head-aches and pains, as well as stoppying my runny nose and congestion pretty quickly. It does have to be purchased from the pharmacy (but without a prescription) because of its nasal decongestant, pseudoephedrine, but I find this decongestant to work better for me than what's available on the sales floor. This product also helps with fever, sore throat, and cough, but I didn't suffer these symptoms. This product includes both daytime and nighttime versions, the latter only different in that it includes an antihistamine that provides drowsiness to help you fall asleep. I was very happy with this product and will definitely use again in the future to alleviate cold and flu symptoms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills are amazing. I have been sick twice in the last few weeks and both times have been sinus related. I have had an endless stuffy nose and pressure along with a light fever. It was awful and this medicine worked! My nose felt better, my light fever went down and I was able to get some sleep. I will forever be grateful to this product.
A nurse recommended this particular product when my sinus headache was my main problem. I felt better after each dose until 2 days later when my headache finally abated.
