This product provides deep penetrating heat that gave relief to my knee pain that lasted a full day of walking, stairs and errands.

It was easy to apply, allowed me to move around while it was working, and when the session was complete, the soreness was gone. After two sessions, I simply recharged the unit and it was ready for another day.

I thought it was very easy to put together when first opening it. Charging it was also super easy. Loved how well the adhesives stuck. The only thing I believe is negative is the adhesive for maybe men or people who do not shave. There was at one time that I had stuble and taking it off was like waxing with pulling my leg hair out. I was able to wear it while doing my mom duties around the house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product for 2 weeks as a test and found it to be very effective on my knee pain. The warmth was very nice and worked well. The gel pads were supposed to work for a week but I found that they started to lose their stick ability after about 3-4 days and would allow the edge of the device lift. As a result I was not able to get the full effect of the heat element. This could be overcome by changing the pads more frequently. Even with this small negative I found the device to be of high quality and very easy to use. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone looking for pain relief without the use of drugs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was effective after the third day of trial. I found it easy to use and store. I would have liked a little more warmth. The battery takes a while to charge, but wasn't a real problem. The nice part was that I was able to move around during the therapy. After two weeks, not all pain was gone, but there was a notable improvement. Don't really know what the 'light' does other than to let me know its on. Maybe they could make one that vibrates (probably out of the trial's scope). Overall a promising device.

The problem was it would not stay in place on my knee and I had to frequently replace the gel adhesive pads. I had to sit still in order to use it and not have it fall off. The half hour of use- in 2 fifteen minute increments- was convienent.

On day 5 it's not sticking properly on edges. Gel is good for 3-4 days only. The warmth was not as good as I expected. I am really not how effective it worked. But my knee pain is on and off. So I had pain when I started using this and much better when I ended this trial. But i am not sure if this is because of the new product trial.

I also would have liked to use a until like this on another body part (lower back) as I would have to sit up straight or lay on my stomach as to not have the charging unit pressing into me.
