These are the best pads I have ever used! They are very thin, and do not feel like you are wearing a diaper, unlike some other pads. The wings keep them in place, and prevent any leaking. These pads are very long and provide great coverage - I feel confident wearing them overnight and even during the day.

Being sent into the world of feminine hygiene products and being clueless is as cliche as it gets. But, as a husband and father of two daughters, I find myself in the throes of this isle from time to time. It behoves my soul to undertake the task of keeping my loved ones supplied with the items they need. This particular product is well placed and descriptive upon the box, which makes it easier for me to find and get and take care of the needs of those that I love. I am grateful to the manufacturer for putting descriptive terms and imagery, which helps when sometimes I'm not giving the best of information, mostly a vague reference. Not that I worry about such things as embarrassment, or not wanting people to see such items in my shopping cart because quite frankly as a grown man, I don't care what other people think. But, there might be some lesser men out there that would find it shameful to carry such products amongst them, and for those weaker men, I say fear not, for the packaging upon this product underscores the actual contents. And rest assured, weaker men, as you grow and trade off knowledge for wisdom, you too will reject the nonsense of judgment and embrace the solidarity that no one really cares about what's in your buggy…
ive been using Kotex for about 10 years now and they are the best pads ever. other pads that i have used have given me a bad rash after using but these dont do that
For the majority of my life since getting my first period, when not wearing tampons, the only brand I ever used was always with wings. I regularly had leaks with always, especially at night! Until one day when I was out and borrowed one of these Kotex from a friend. I have literally NEVER leaked with these Kotex!!!! I can twist and turn all night on my heaviest days and it does NOT leak! I don't know how they magically keep them from leaking, but they have succeeded! I also like that they are thin, but will hold so much liquid! In the past you have to buy the thick pads that felt like diapers to accomplish that. Recently they added charcoal to help neutralize smells. I also like this addition. Generally when “improvements” are made to my favorite products, they end up making the product worse instead of better. Not in this case! I love the charcoal strip, and they still work as well as they have for the past ten years that I've been using them! I will never buy always again! I have literally driven 25 minutes just to get this specific brand and style when all the stores around me were out of stock. After using these Kotex, all the other brands are like throwing away money. They don't work. Kotex always has for me. That's why it's the only brand I will use.

I don't find them as absorbent as my usual brand so the prospect of leaks is a reality. The charcoal strip is strange to me. Not sure it will really do anything to help control odor but we'll see with further testing.
