I bougjt this product in hopes for it to help my dad. He recently had a heart attack that devasted our whole family. So other then changing his eating habits I decided to look for something he can take everyday on top of that. These he takes everyday and he is better then ever back to working and doing the things he did before. I've been looking for a good probiotic for quite some time now. I was especially interested in the immune support aspect of probiotics. I loved the combination of stains and benefits this pill promotes. When I received the pills I was also pleased with the size of them. They are easy to swallow (I hate when I get vitamins or probiotics and they feel like horse pills). I've been using them for about a week now, maybe it's the placebo effect, but I feel more regular (nice unintended byproduct) and I feel less affected by my typical seasonal allergies.
