I haven't used this product yet. But I've been researching Quilling, and Darice Aleene's products have come up many times as being the best. As many times as I have come across this product in my research as being what everyone uses and swears by, all I can say is "They can't all be wrong". As far as I'm concerned, even though I haven't used this yet, for the price, really don't think you can go too wrong.
Based only on price. Have not used it yet. Price CONSIDERABLY less than other places (Amazon, Michael's). Can't wait to use it on my crafts!!!
I really love the wood burning tool. I also use it on my leather craft. The burner is going to take my crafting to a whole new level. I love it!!!
I bought this to do light design work on soft woods. The very first time I used it, it got so hot it warped two of the tips. I unplugged it, let it cool down and tried again...it got so hot it basically melted the metal in the shaft and putting pressure on the shaft caused it to literally came apart! I just threw it in the trash. A total waste of money.
