This is an awesome set up, if you like portability, great sound, boomin bass and easy connectivity. This is my second hyperboom. My daughter used my first one to help keep time at the high school band camp last year . Even in an open field, it was loud and still sounded great. It is in my barn now where I connect to it from across the yard. In my classroom it provides great sound for videos and other multimedia presentations. Now with the new white color, I bet it keeps cool on the boat or pool deck. Never had problems with the heat previously though. It just jams!! I've used at wedding rehearsals too. It supplied great sound and the BT convenience allowed me to step away from the Dj booth to help direct the wedding. One thing I wish it had would be a way to connect a mic or mixer board. The aux plug might accommodate that, I just haven't taken the time to try it. You won't be disappointed in this UE Hyperboom.
The UE Hyperboom is a superb speaker. Excellent sound quality with plenty of bass. Highly recommend!
This speaker sounds great! has the right amount of bass and awesome clarity, love how i can pair my smaller ue booms with it to intensify the sound throughout the whole house.

I have two in my garage. Rammstein to Robben Ford. Amazing. They play way over their size.
The product was simple to setup and connect to my iPhone. It's perfect for large spaces as the volume is load enough to fill a large room. The packaging was very good as well. If you want a large 'portable' (it's big) speaker that sounds great this is a great choice.
It's loud and the bass sounds good not all wack …the battery stays charged too
I really like this! I just think the loudest it gets isnt loud enough! But I mean it is a Bluetooth wireless speaker. Also the price isnt as bad as some of the other ones! I would give it 8 out of 10 stars
It sounds just like a regular Bluetooth speaker. Standing right next to the speaker I was able to have a conversation with my daughter at the normal volume we speak at and hear her with no issues. I can't do that with my Megaboom I got over 10 years ago that just recently stopped working. Idk if I received a speaker from a bad batch or if they're just not making them the way they used too. One thing for sure is it gives off a lot of bass!
We have one UE Hyperboom and other UE Mega booms, etc. We needed another Hyperboom for a surround sound in a conference setting. However, the Bluetooth technology did not perform well with two Hyperbooms. The sound kept cutting in and out. We followed all online suggestions and then called the technical support. Technical support was very disappointing and simply told us we could return the Hyperboom. That was no help. We did end up returning.
