Excellent support help in battling colds flus
Used during my 14 day quarantine as my daily routine. Could not get the kind I really wanted ( crystals for water) but tablets worked out just fine.
Good product, effective & not loaded with pharmaceutical problem causing chemical ingredients. I like to taste. And I like how these nature's Way these Umcka brand cold remedies work.
I think this stuff works really well for colds and flu. It has worked really well for some of the times I've been sick and seems to work better if you take asap at the I start of symptoms. I don't think this works for Covid though. Easy %26 convenient to take too.
Whenever, I feel like I'm getting a cold I take a little packet of this pour it under my tongue and let it melt twice a day for a couple days. My cold symptoms tend to go away in 3 to 5 days and the and the cold never reaches it's full capacity.

This is the best product on the market if you use it when you first feel a cold coming on. But the time it took to get the product wasn't very good.
