This product removed a huge sales sticker off a toy gift box without any damage or discoloration to the box itself. It's a terrific item and I highly recommend it!
Have used Un-Du for many crafting and collage uses for years. Besides removing stickers, tape and labels, it lifts photos, postal stamps, etc, off of paper without damaging either the paper or the item that was glued to it. So you can then re-mount photos elsewhere, and you can use other sticker-type items (such as beautiful postal stamps) in collages. The only downside is that it's tough on fingernails, so use care (or gloves). NO HOME SHOULD BE WITHOUT UN-DO!
Just what I needed! I've heard and seen so much about this product and it really is an adhesive remover...Also, was able to reuse the stickers removed and no there was damage to my planner page at all! Highly recommend for planners, scrapbookers, and crafters everywhere!
I love Un-du -- It removes sticker and other sticky residues every single time I try it. Far better than any of the other products I have tried (Goo Gone comes to mind.) I use it around the house (most recently to remove the tape that had been used to close my washer during a move) - as well as with crafting (you can move and even reuse stickers in scrapbooking and other paper crafts -- and it really does NOT damage your pictures!) My only word of warning, you can easily transfer some of the "sticky stuff" to your hands which can be difficult to remove. If you do, sprinkle a little bit of baby powder on your hands. It doesn't remove it, but makes it easier to cope with until you do! :)
This is the best sticker remover made. Only one application needed and peels up. The sticker becomes sticky again after. But the glue stays with the sticker, not left on the item.
This is the best sticker/label remover I have ever used, bar none. It does not harm the project (such as photo, scrapbook page, envelope, etc.), does not destroy the adhesive so the sticker or stamp may be reused, and a bottle lasts a long time making it economical to use.
If you need to remove sticky residue from paper or cardboard, this is the best and only product to use. I rescue and refurbish old books. Everything else I have ever tried leaves a mark and I have ruined many books that way. This product has been a life saver for me. It is amazing. It removes labels or any sticky residue and then evaporates. I don't know what I would do without it. Also, it can be hard to find but Walmart carries it both on line and usually at the store too!
This product is amazing! I had gotten E6000 glue all over my daughter's dance costume. I put a little of this on a q-tip and it came off within seconds. I am now adding this to my dance mom craft bag. The circle in the picture is where the glue was. Front and back of the lapel. It's not completely gone.
I lvoe it! It does the job fantastically and leaves no traces of have been there. Although I feel that the applicator could be better by self closing and just letting out by squeezing. I have to rush to put the lid on otherwise the liquid coes all out.
I've been buying this exact product every year IN STORE from Michaels, a national large crafts chain store, for almost a decade but Michaels stopped carrying it so I was looking for another place to buy it. What I received came with no outer brand packaging and unsealed so product could be tampered with. It absolutely did not smell or work the same as my own original. It seemed very diluted and weak and worked terrible. After almost a decade of buying this exact product from Michaels, every bottle worked excellently. I also called up Un-Du company directly and the manufacturer was emphatic that they never changed the formulation and they did not work with this seller. I was told by Un-Du that they don't know who this seller is and who knows where this reseller got it from. Anyone who has ever used the real Un-Du will know immediately if the product is the original or not. It's a pity that new customers trying this product for the first time will think it works poorly when in reality, the real product works amazing. So frustrating because now I have to shell out more money to buy it directly from Un-Du. I will only trust what I get directly from the manufacturer if I cannot get this product from a well established retailer instead of a reseller. Maybe at one point, this seller was selling the real product many years ago but today, the product received does not appear to be the real Un-Du given that the brand insists the formulation has never changed.
