Even at -15 with a wind chill of -34 fingers still won't freeze. Out for about and a hour and my fingers were a little cool but completely manageable.
Excellent cold weather glove. Just a little tight, but comfortable and very warm!!
I purchased the ColdGear gloves today and used them while shooting in Alaska, it was 14 degrees (heat wave for February). I was outside for about an hour and my hands stayed warm. It's not an extremely thick glove but they worked great. They have a fairly good size pull tab on the inside wrist that appears to be sewn in well which makes it easier to put on. A great addition to a great glove. I then ran my Labrador's with the ATV for about 20 minutes and my hands stayed warm then too even with the windchill. They do run a little small so I recommend trying them on before you buy. To top it off UA has made them touch screen compatible. All four fingers work but the thumb doesn't. This will make using a touch screen GPS much easier. If it hits -10 or below again I'll submit an updated review with how well they work.
Awesome winter glove! I wore these a ton this winter. The gloves are built really well. My hands stayed warm and dry. If your looking for a quality winter glove gives these a try.
Fit great, nice warmth without bulk. Hunting gloves are useless if you can't operate your gun with them on and these fit well and have good ergonomics. Highly recommended.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very impressed with the feel and comfort of these. I have been looking for a glove that handles multiple situations (snow blowing, standing on sidelines, dog walking etc.). These do the job with the pertect amount of bulk and extremely warm. Went an bought a set for my 24 year old son as well.
I absolutely love these gloves. I coyote hunted in January and February and my hands are always cold and these gloves kept my hands much warmer than any I've ever used. I also used them to play in the snow with my little boy and my hands never got wet. Under Armour comes thru again with another great product.
I have always been looking for a quality pair of gloves that just feels right and it took a long time but better late than never,these gloves are amazingly comfortable to the point that I don't want to take them off.I have a chocolate lab that's loves the snow and after hours of making snow balls to throw at her my hands were dry and awesomely warm,they are also thin enough that i can do things with them without having to remove them to do it,they also look VERY SHARP, under armour you outdone yourself on this product anyone looking for quality,comfort , fit and warmth this is the glove for you. P.S- the pull tab on each glove is genius!
For me, keeping fingers and toes warm has always been a challenge. I tried these gloves and they did not disappoint at all. I've had them in the stand at 15 degrees and they worked perfect. Got cold from the metal on the climb down, but I blew some warm air in and my fingers warmed right up. Nicely done UA.
I bought these gloves in a XL as that is the largest size listed. I used them for the late season, my hands got cold because there isn't any air space. The size chart says I'm a XXL but out of all the hunting gloves the largest listed is an XL. I would love to try these in a XXL. Help a guy out Under Armour.
