So I bought these not realizing they were for cross country/ long distance (idk how) but I'm a 300 meter hurdler and I love them. These are the best spikes I've ever owned.
Tried many pairs of XC spikes and this is the one that shined. If you are unsure... get them! P.S. XC means Cross Country. This is meant for distance related events if you use it for track. (800m, 1600m, and 3200m)
A gift for my grandson! At the last track meet he said they were great he loved them and helped his run time decreased quite a bit!
