We are so in love with our new towels. We got them to replace our old towels, which got smelly almost immediately. These continue to smell fresh day after day, are thick, absorbent, and feel so soft on the skin. And I love that they are cotton!! And I think the price is more than fair for the quality. We will definitely be purchasing from Under the Canopy for all of our future towel needs.
I am so thankful I stumbled upon these towels. My order was the 4-Piece Bath Towel Set. It is so refreshing to find true cotton towels that don't have that sticky, slimy, and fake plastic coating on their fibers! The fact that these have a GOTS certification is amazing and makes these towels absolutely worth it! I ordered the white ones but already want to add some more colors to my collection! The size is absolutely perfect and covers my body when I want to step out of the shower! Thank you guys!
These towels are very soft to the touch. The color is as shown and is a very pretty navy blue. I have washed them a few times and the quality seems to be great so far. I love the fact they are organic cotton as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for non-toxic fabrics for your home.
These are great towels. They do have lint in the beginning (like all towels), but after a few washes it starts to go away. It's a small price to pay for organic (pesticide free) cotton. Conventional cotton is grown with genetically modified seeds and sprayed heavily with Roundup (in which the primary ingredient is glyphosate, linked to cancer) and other toxic pesticides—and these persist in the fabric even after manufacturing. Pesticides have been shown to not only harm the earth and its natural resources, but to also cause severe health problems like ADHD, weakened immune systems, and birth defects.
My boyfriend and I love these towels! Buying organic is important to us, but often with textiles the prices can be prohibitive. Not so with these UTC towels. They are very reasonably-priced and such great quality -- very soft and absorbent and apparently just getting softer with washing. Highly recommend!
I love our new towels. They are extremely soft and a good thickness. Really just high quality standard towel, with a much smaller environmental footprint! I got one set for Christmas and loved them so much I went all in and replaced all our bath towels with these.
We found these towels after checking out lots of organic options. They are so soft and luxuriously thick that it’s awesome and better than any other organic towels we have had before! The only thing I wish would improve is a wider variety of colors. We like the dark blue and light blue but it would be great if there were brighter colors - assuming one could do that using the same safe coloring process. I think the price is a tremendous value too! We bought a lot and are very happy.
The minute these towels arrived I could actually feel the difference in quality. It is so refreshing to find a big thirsty towel that doesn't feel like plastic on my skin! I get so frustrated with towels these days feeling like they have a coating of sticky, slimy, and fake plastic coating their fibers. These Under the Canopy towels are amazing. They are true cotton towels. I am so lucky to have stumbled upon this brand. I absolutely will be ordering my entire towel collection from here from now on because I truly have not been able to find anything like these before. Thank you guys!
If you love fluffy, super soft towels, then these might be for you. After using the towels for a few days I realized I am definitely not a fluffy towel lover. These towels are not nearly absorbent enough for my liking. They really are soft and cozy though so I think my cats will be getting some nice new towels to lay on!
While I do love the softness of these towels, I'm disappointed that they are fraying so quickly. I have ordered 3 sets of towels, and after one washing/drying on the gentle cycle, lots of the loops on the towels have come undone. I've reached out to UTC but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's disappointing that brand new towels look so old so quickly.
