I took the Unisom, and after about 30 minutes I had the best sleep I've had in a really long time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that has sleeping issues, you will fall asleep fast and sleep well. Didn't wake up groggy either!

I always have trouble sleeping and these really helped. I would recommend trying these if your having trouble going to sleep or staying asleep.

The first time I used this I made the mistake of taking it 30 minutes before I got into bed with the TV on. It didn't do anything for me but I realized that it was my fault. The next time I took one tab 30 minutes before I wanted to go to sleep without the TV on. I can't tell you exactly how long it took me to fall asleep because I wasn't looking at the clock. I just wrote down what time I took the tablet and got into bed. However when I woke up the next day I did not remember laying there praying for sleep. It just hit me which was awesome. Let me say that this is not a miracle product but it was extremely helpful to me. I didn't wake up with a burst of energy but I didn't wake up tired or groggy. I absolutely recommend giving this sleep aid a try as it was very effective and a positive experience for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whenever I take Unisom, I know that I'm always going to sleep through the night and get the hours that I need. My only issue when taking it, is that the next day, I'm very groggy and can't find the motivation to get things done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that you can take one of these 30 minutes prior to bedtime and you will fall asleep and stay asleep you can get a full 8-9 hour sleep and wake up with no grogginess! I love that. I definitely recommend if your having a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep this pill will most definitely help! Totally recommend!
