[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically wake up three to four times a night for various reasons. From hot flashes, needing to use the bathroom or pets. I took just one of the soft gels and slept from 10:00pm until my alarm went off at 06:00 am. Other over the counter sleep aids can cause me to feel groggy and nauseous the next morning, however, these had zero negative effects on me! They work perfectly and I highly recommend them if you are in need of a good nights sleep!

I used them on 4 separate occasions and found them to be very helpful with difficulty falling asleep. I suffer from occasional bouts of insomnia (slow sleep variety) and these helped alleviate that quite a bit. Easy to swallow and gave me a restful nights sleep. The price point is reasonable and the only small con would be that they left me a little groggy the following mornings, making it a little difficult to get up and moving, but I'll take that over no sleep any day of the week! I'd definitely recommend these for anyone who has a hard time falling asleep.

I haven't really taken any night time sleep aids because I was afraid of feeling groggy when I woke up. I decided to take a chance on Unisom SleepGels & I am pleased with the results. I was really hoping I wouldn't feel groggy like I thought I would, & when I woke up, I didn't. I was so relieved because I hate that grogginess. I fall asleep within about 30 minutes of taking the sleep gels & I stay asleep through the night. I am definitely going to keep some of these in my house for when I'm having a hard time sleeping. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a good nights sleep & not have to wake up groggy.

And the only thing I can think to tell you all is that after taking Unisom, I experienced the best night of sleep I have had since 2003. When I stay my mind was so completely at rest and I sleep peacefully for the whole night. When I say the whole night I mean from 8:30 p.m. until 4 a.m. on a work night without feeling sleepy upon waking. Thank you for the opportunity.

The gel caps make it very easy to use convenient to use. My kitty I have not named yet decided to help with the review. I am excited it's not habit forming and works for me to go back to sleep.

I feel asleep easily which is uncommon for me, and I slept the first 2 nights. I am still taking them but I am finding it harder to fall asleep as it was before I started taking them. I also don't stay asleep I am waking up 3-4 a night. It makes it harder to get up in the mornings because I still feel restless.
