[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Unisom SleepGels from Home Tester Club as a free trial. I used them on 4 separate occasions and found them to be very helpful with difficulty falling asleep. I suffer from occasional bouts of insomnia (slow sleep variety) and these helped alleviate that quite a bit. Easy to swallow and gave me a restful nights sleep. The price point is reasonable and the only small con would be that they left me a little groggy the following mornings, making it a little difficult to get up and moving, but I'll take that over no sleep any day of the week! I'd definitely recommend these for anyone who has a hard time falling asleep.

I haven't really taken any night time sleep aids because I was afraid of feeling groggy when I woke up. I decided to take a chance on Unisom SleepGels & I am pleased with the results. I was really hoping I wouldn't feel groggy like I thought I would, & when I woke up, I didn't. I was so relieved because I hate that grogginess. I fall asleep within about 30 minutes of taking the sleep gels & I stay asleep through the night. I am definitely going to keep some of these in my house for when I'm having a hard time sleeping. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a good nights sleep & not have to wake up groggy.

And the only thing I can think to tell you all is that after taking Unisom, I experienced the best night of sleep I have had since 2003. When I stay my mind was so completely at rest and I sleep peacefully for the whole night. When I say the whole night I mean from 8:30 p.m. until 4 a.m. on a work night without feeling sleepy upon waking. Thank you for the opportunity.

Occasionally I struggle to fall asleep and these help me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. The best part is that they don't leave me groggy in the morning!

The gel caps make it very easy to use convenient to use. My kitty I have not named yet decided to help with the review. I am excited it's not habit forming and works for me to go back to sleep.

I feel asleep easily which is uncommon for me, and I slept the first 2 nights. I am still taking them but I am finding it harder to fall asleep as it was before I started taking them. I also don't stay asleep I am waking up 3-4 a night. It makes it harder to get up in the mornings because I still feel restless.
