Buy this movie if you want to laugh and feel good! How the writers think of these things is amazing. Buy the blue ray to get the Short Film Documentary about the land where the film was created from -fantastic!
One of my (most) favorite DVDs of all time. The subtle facial and body gestures are so revealing and lifelike, so actually, humanlike that Dug the dog (yes, "Dug"), Mr. Frederickson, eight-year-old Russell, and Kevin, a 13-foot-tall bird, will draw you into the film. The character, Ellie (Mr. Frederickson's girlfriend-then-wife), is so engaging that she could give lessons on how to have a happy life. The colors are breathtaking. I would give this DVD ten stars!
I personally do not care for bitter-sweet movies...but this one is cute.
great story for both adults and kids , this will touch your heart and make you laugh.
