Industry standard, just like you see in the deli. I use them on the stove top, on the grill, in the oven and in the fridge. Versatile and sturdy. Lots of different sizes and depths to choose from.
Deli pans are great for quick storage, mixing sauces and veggies, BBQs and sturdy stacking. I put them straight onto the charcoal and gas grills for summer BBQs. Can do the prep work inside, store them in a deli container, cover with foil or cling wrap and go straight to the grill. Anything from fish filets, to slow cooked ribs and brines with veggies.
