i needed an upright bike, because of severe Osteoarthritis of the knee. I didn't want to spend aot, wanted something basic, at a value. I read the reviews and decided to take the chance. SOO GLAD I DID! This is a GREAT bike. Was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 25mins. Its perfect tension, seat height adjustable, I am 5'8" and need to have at high setting since I cant rotate my knee , and its really perfect! Its BASIC. a VALUE, and well worth it! PLUS it was an easy assembly! definately recommend.

When I purchased this bike, I really wanted something that was inexpensive but that would give me a good work out while watching tv or reading. This definitely does that! The lowest tension level on this bike is pretty high so it only takes a few minutes to really feel the burn in your legs! This bike doesn't take up much space, isn't too loud, and is definitely a bargain for the price! I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone.

It was easy to assemble, very stable, I like the simple one touch mode, the seat is wide and its build to last weight for user is 250lbs but I think it could go up to 275lbs easly. because the strength of the steel is good. easy to put together.

i bought this for my 25 year old son's birthday. He was interested in getting a stationary bike for himself and he loved it. He uses it almost every day since he got it 3weeks ago and he says he feels it works great. I think I'll be getting one for myself. great price and great bike. my husband put it together in less than 1 hour. had no problems

The item is relatively easy to assemble. I am not the most savvy and i was able to do it on my own in less than 2 hours... But i was trying to watch Unstoppable at the same time. Im sure if i gave it my full attention i could have done it much faster. Once put together it is quite sturdy. im not the smallest and works great. The only down is the noise. Its not as annoying as some have said but it is there. If you listen to your ipod with the earbuds it is a perfect bike. Or i just turn up the tv louder. Its not a huge deal to me. I would overall recommend this item to people that want to get in some exercise before work or just stay fit when you cant make it to the Gym. I spend at least 30 mins on it everyday and i feel much better.

I got this bike because I wanted an alternative to running outside or having to go to the gym (in case it was rainy or cold outside) and I LOVE IT! The best aspects of the bike are: - The seat - most comfortable I have ever felt on an exercise bike - Light weight - I can move it around my apartment fairly easily (wish it had wheels though) - Monitor screen - I like that I can keep track of how long I have been on the bike, distance, etc - Price - for the quality, it doesn't get an better than this My issues with the bike are that it is kind of loud. I have to turn up my tv really loud when I am working out. Also, assembly of the physical bike wasn't hard, but the tension of the bike was set to really high when I was completed. I was about to return it when I thought to adjust the velcro strap on the wheel. This instantly fixed the problem. Apart from that, I would recommend it to anyone we need an exercise machine at home.

Broke in 4 days of use

Yes this bike was too good to be true! I wanted a stationary bike to give me a different workout before I do my running.. OK the first 4 days was great! THEN the 5th day using it the 'TIGHT" was all gone it was terrible!! I did 5 miles without breaking a sweat!! It wouldn't tighten up & well I had to put rolled up hand towels in the wheel to get it to tighten up for me. THIS isn't for a daily workout, great for a total beginner..

When I first assembled the bike the display pad which shows the miles, speed, and etc., did not work. I gave the 1 800 number a call and they said it was common with this bike series. Most of the bikes were made with a wire defect. I was told to take the bike apart and pull the wire leading up to the display pad. Kind of confusing but it worked. Bike is a little loud but I ride with my iPod so it's not too bad. Bike is awesome and if the pad would have worked without that extra work it would have received a 5 star rating.

Don't Buy!!!

Stay away from this product. I workout daily, which wares equipment quickly. After getting this bike (my 2nd bike, as the previous one gave up the ghost after 2 years) I knew that it would break down. It took an amazing 2 and 1/2 weeks for the resistance strap to disintegrate. I've never come across a product which failed as quickly as this one did. I ended up getting a more expensive model by Schwinn with an extended service warranty as these things don't seem to have much of an operational lifespan.

It broke after 3 month

The price is cheap, but the product doesn't last. I used it for about 3 months, and suddenly it broke yesterday. The right pedal completely broke off because the connecting rod is too weak. This is a design fault because it does NOT make sense to for the screw hole to be about the same diameter as that of the rod. It weakens the structure. I only weight 150lb (male) and exercise about twice a week. And go figure the machine only lasted 3 month. I will call the manufacture to see if they will replace it for me.
