This lozenges have been great to take away the "need" of smoking since it provides a bit of nicotine. The mint has become a way to distract from the urges as well. I have tried the nicotine gum and was hesitant on trying the lozenge. I have heard that they have a slimy texture. This was not the case at all! This has a nice clean mint taste with just the right amount of tingle. I love that I can hide this at work and not be chomping on gum.
