it helps to control how often you wake at night to go. with regular use I noticed a dramatic change and stopped getting up two or three times a night to either one or none.

I have been taking 2 tablets each day for less than a week. I'm optimistic because my sudden urges have almost subsided. Also, I woke only twice during the night to pee.
