When I was shopping online for towels for a Christmas gift for my parents, I was hesitant to purchase without actually feeling and touching the towels before hand. These towels looked like a great value-great price, rich textures, thick etc. I ordered them site-to-store to save money on shipping (which took over 2 weeks!) and was very disappointed when i received them. The towels were very thin, color was different than it looked online and the texture was rough. I returned them immediately and shopped elsewhere.
