We bought this duffel for my niece for her birthday because of an upcoming 8th grade trip to Washington DC. It was awesome to be able to customize it with her favorite color and her initial. I purchased 2 of these bags which I love! The thing I am upset about is the fact that I didn't receive my $50 in rewards that I was supposed to get! I emailed customer service about the issue and haven't heard anything back!! So due to this issue I won't be ordering again!
