I dislike that you had this phone was for sell when I decided to purchase it and then it was schedule to arrive on April 8, 2024 so huh I get a text message saying that my order has been cancel that was so wrong and I thank you I just want order here again thinking that you was going to get your order smh...
This is my 2nd phone This model that ends with letters PP Updates to Android 12, got NFC Large phone with DD card slot It comes with 64 GB and can be a little slow if overload with many files Also have NFC option It's not super fast , but I like the Android 12 and screen size This model Number have more options than similar model Well Worthed
I bought this for my daughter and only problem she had was it wouldn't activate because someone forgot to scan the box but took it to Verizon and they put her old Sim card in and it activated only problem she had she loves it it lasts a long time about 2 days till needing to be charged and the ring tone is extremely loud and it was a very good deal
So far great phone but then again my old one kept restarting itself so don't got much to compare to this one after the updates takes half your memory bank but i don't do much on it anyway its a great one if you just want a phone for well phone things and ok with games i don't like the fact its hard to go back a screen but I have just scratched the surface
Phone arrived earlier than expected but was not scanned for activation. It didn't come with a key for the SD Sim card compartment. Luckily I have extras that I can use for that. For heads up, online phone orders will have to be taken to a store for activation first.
this phone is such a pain. i had no idea how to go back once i clicked on something so i changed the setting to make the buttons pop up on the bottom of the screen. this phone is super slow for it being brand new. the buttons on the bottom of the screen act like im not even touching them when i touch them multiple times. this phone worked for 2 whole days when i activavted it.,, well i woke up the next morning and it stated it could not recognize my sim card and that it was not verizon. it very much is verizon. ive been with you for many years now. i am highly upset with this phone and it is the most i have ever spent on a phone in my whole life. i am highly disappointed.
Me er order from these people ..they said my phone was delivered but hundreds of miles away , even though they had my correct address ! I'll be sticking with Amazon from now on! . Apologies is all you'll get , and your money! But no item! Ridiculous!
i have ordered 3 phones from this seller and all three have had to be returned due to the seller not scanning the phone prior to shipping making the phone locked and unable to be activated. so instead of ordering from this company just to have to return is the same day find somewhere else to buy from.
Third Party Seller , The One I Got Was Not Able To Be Acctivate/ The Phone Itself Needs Activation , Not The Sim . Mine Was Shipped To Me , Had A Hard Time Getting A Refund !! TAKE THIS ITEM OFF HERE BEFORE MORE PEOPLE GOT TO GO THROUGH THE PAIN OF THE PROCESS OF A PHONE THAT CANT BE ACTIVATED !!
I bought a phone from this seller and when I tried to activate Verizon told me it wasn't sold implying it was stolen. When contacting the seller I was told they couldn't activate at point of sale because of walmart policies. Now I'm looking at 7 business day wait after they receive the phone back if it passes inspection before I receive a refund. Do yourself a favor and find another seller.
