I get good reception everywhere
This phone is perfect for me because I make phone calls and text so rarely. The weird part was, when I first wanted this phone it was $30.00 and out of stock everywhere. Then when it finally came back in stock it was $50.00. I'm glad I bought it then because 5 minutes after purchasing it, it went up to $60.00.
Everything about this phone is good for me. All I wanted was talk and text. The keyboard slides out and it is much easier than the flip phone. I didn't want a smart phone with all the complicated stuff. This phone will handle your needs.
I got this phone from Walmart last night and it not being a smart phone ( I hate touch screen and most smart phones) it is an excellent phone. I have a $1400 computer so why get a smart phone which is basically a computer anyways? I only need it for features, music occasionally, and texting. It is good for all of the needs. I had an Intensity 3 but those are off the market. This is a really good simple text phone pretty much. The only complaint is icons are kind of small and the internet sucks but other than that, no complaints. I have an eight gig card in mine and use Windows Explorer to add music and photos. Works great!
Our local Verizon store activated it using my current cell phone number. They were able to transfer my contacts to it, which was a relief. The screen is small but larger than the flip phone I was using. So far, the only negative thing I've found is the keys on the slide out keyboard are pretty small and it slows the typing down when texting. However it is still better than texting with my flip phone. I would purchase again.
my phone was sent to me promptly and I really like it for someone who does not want a fancy phone its perfect.
I don't care for touch screen electronics and was given this as a gift. Great durable phone for as many times as I, along with my 2 year old have dropped it. Only issues is the internet doesn't let you access most sites. Love the slide out keyboard for easier texting and that it takes a memory card.
Battery doesn't last long if using for voice calls but overall the phone functions well. Nice features that allow user customization. For a seldom texter and voice calls this is a great phone. Numbered keypad difficult to text with and internal keyboard small buttons. Small text use and voice calls would be the suitable function of this phone.
it is ok but it does not receive emails
The screen died in the first 2 weeks, and I am unable to see who is calling or see what I am dialing. Cannot navigate due to the dead screen. Big disappointment since this is my 4th LG cell phone. 2 of those phones lasted for years, and two of them died early deaths.
