Being a Verizon Prepaid customer for many years, Motorola has been my 'go to' brand of android devices. The sale price was too good to pass up. Great upgrade to Android 12. Device is light weight. Even has FM Radio. Add A Micro SD Card %26 a PopSocket %26 Enjoy The Walmart Best Deal!
For a 'smartphone' in the style it is, it's probably great! And I really do appreciate it :) has worked well for me. Mainly what I dislike, is not the phone's fault. I wish there were an affordable option for a flip phone, with actual buttons. I do not like touch screen, and I don't like the exposed face of the phone. But that's not this particular phone's fault ! There is one thing: It doesn't not allow easily transferred information from the phone to a computer through a wire. I think that was a good feature in past cellphones, and that it isn't available or easy to do that now, is inconvenient for me. And I don't like transferring things through wi fi, even if I knew how ;) So that would be an improvement.
I've had a few of these phones myself, they are great. I say a few because my autistic daughter breaks them. All four of us use one. They are very good phones unless you have meltdowns.
Love this phone! Its a great price for what originally came out as a $350 phone 2 years ago. Worth it to me! The camera is great, I love the sleek look %26 the fingerprint scanner is my favorite. If you want a good phone but are on a tight budget, get this.
Took two days of tending to updates to begin using. Afterwards it became slower and quirky. Be sure to update "Google Play Store" (go figure) seems to clear up some issues...
i have always been a Motorola fan. I love the "flashlight feature"...and I have used tbis particilar phone before. The first one was great; worked fine...but the new one was a "dud". I was disappointed at rhe very beginning. It was slow, slow, slow...so it had to go, go, go. I am trying a Samsung this time.
This is an ok phone for occasional users. Charges fast and battery life is good. I find it freezes up and you have to restart it occasionally. I would recommend purchasing it from the store: it had not been scanned as sold before they shipped it to me. Other than that it's ok.
I bought this phone to replace an LG that did not have a lot of storage and kept freezing up, and this phone does the same thing. It does have more storage but it's slow and still freezes up. Evidently you have to spend $300 to $400 to get a phone that works and I just don't have the money, but I am very disappointed.
the phone i recieved was not activated at the shipper so it is worthless to me. i tried to contact Walmart but i still have the phone and no refund. Verizon sent me a working phone within 24 hours.
Shoppers should know who is responsible for unlocking the phone and to know to talk to only one person, because otherwise you will get a variety of answers, none of which matches the other answers. I am extremely upset with walmarts customer service reps.!!!!
