This is an amazing device for making kindling. Works perfect and is fun to do. I bolted it to the inside of a 5 gal bucket and that works great to hold it steady while making kindling and the bucket makes a perfect container for the kindling.

Makes awesome kindling. Was using duraflame kindling before & this has saved us so much money!
Great alternative to the name brand more expensive one. Only thing I would suggest is bolt it down, and use a proper mallet or it won’t work well

I cut up 2x4 scraps for campfires and hone fire ring use. This is not only easy to use it is a whole lot safer than using a ax splitter. We'll see how it holds up over tiume.
