Made in Toronto, Canada vick inhalers 5 weeks ago. I opened one only 3 days ago, they look and work the same as usual but the plastic film wrapping the tube does not tear apart for the dotted line, the smell has changed, hard to describe though, now it is less deep, less intense, it is kind of flat, less sweet.
