I don't eat one of these every night, but when I do, I am asleep within an hour of taking them. And I don't feel sleepy the next day. Most of the time though they work really well, I usually take 2. Side note they taste super good!!

I really love the herbal ingredients and sleep complely through the night. They don't make me feel groggy in the morning either. I would highly recommend these gummies.

I took two gummies and within thirty minutes I was asleep and got a good seven hours of rest. They taste pretty good too no harsh after taste. Highly recommend product.

I prefer a more natural than chemical option for sleeping that is non habit forming so this was perfect for me. It does say you can take up to 2, but one was perfect for me. I usually plan for 8 hours of sleep when I take it so I haven't had any issues with being tired the next day at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked OK. I have to say that I do prefer the same brand but with the Ashwagandha combination in the melatonin. I would tecommens trying these first if you don't have extreme slee issues like I do. They do work but I find for me the Triple action with Ashwagandha works best and love them. The gummies are of a good taste and don't leave an aftertaste that is bad but I take mine before brushing at night.
Well i ordered these after reading the reviews i ha e had issues sleeping since my late husband died back in 2005 now in 2022 i still cant sleep so i tried these yesturday night and WOOOWW I had some crazy dreams but slept partially through the night. i gave to my daughter as well and didnt say anything about my crazy dreams and she came to me amd said Mom I had a crazy dream 4 being a nightmare i was like wow. she told me she had a dream of a terrible car crash and the next day 6 people were killed in a car crash in Los Angeles. i had a crazy dream that there was a half goat half girl half cow and everyone was drinking some sory of beverage from this creature and i took her and freed her. um ya that was weired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great for it's intended purpose however I find it hard to get past the overly sugar coated gummies. The sugar itself is overpowering. A total of five grams of added sugar is too much. I understand wanting to make them "taste good" but it actually has the opposite effect and makes the texture very gritty. I guess it's a good thing if you love sugar but it certainly isn't healthy. Again though, it does work to help you get some zzzzs. It kicks in in about 30 - 45 minutes and has helped me sleep through the night without waking up. I probably will not purchase again given the sugar issue. If they correct that I would.
