This product works very well. I have had insomnia since a young age and this helps me get good sleep.
My son has a really hard time falling asleep at night, so I give him melatonin to help him rest. However, it never seemed to matter how early he went to bed. He didn't want to get up in the morning. I needed something to help me get to sleep at night and decided to try Vicks ZzzQuil PURE Zzzs Sleep Next Day Energy Melatonin, Extended Release B Vitamins. So far, they are working beautifully! I just take one 30 minutes before bedtime and off I go into dreamland! And, waking up in the morning is easy!
Tried these for the first time. I slept better than usual but the plain purple box of Pure ZZZ's has worked best for me.
I am pleased with this product. My husband hurt his foot and couldn't sleep. Someone suggested this as he didn't want to take "medicine". This being natural type stuff he was open to try it . He was not knocked out in the morning from it. I have tried it now when I was sick so I could get some rest. I would definitely recommend this.
To strong for me. Had some side effects. Everything don't work for everybody.
