we love it. we did however buy the less expensive bubble spa at $450.00 but it had a faulty pump and when we returned it they no longer had any for us to exchange it with so we went ahead and bought this one for 699.00. It has worked great right out of the box. It is a very nice Hot spa the bubbles are relaxing though not as powerful as a hot tub they do a nice job of relaxing tired muscles. The up keep is much like that of a pool so if you have a pool it's not much different. we have enjoyed the green tea spa treatment it helps cut down the strength of the chlorine smell. we also built a small deck to provide a platform for the spa and added the foam squares that they use on garage floors to put under the spa. it has a padded bottom which is nice and with the extra padding we added makes sitting on the bottom very nice. i will probably need to buy a booster seat so i am sitting a little higher in the spa. i am five four and just a smidge to short to be completely comfortable sitting on the bottom, my husband is six four so i usually sit on his feet when we are in together and then on my knees when i am in it with my seven year old. we have enjoyed the spa almost every night and where we live the nights have been in the fiftys. Even with the bubbles running our tub stays hot for a long time. we also suggest getting a thermometer that stays in the water because we have noticed that the outside temp will say 101 but the water thermometer will say 105. We would recommend this as an alternative to a true hot tub. we needed something that we could take down and move and so far it has been a very good investment.

Tub fits two very comfortable, not four. We expected that it would only be good for two...so no disappointments! Tub heats up well once you get past first 24 hours. We have a pool and thought it wouldn't be hard to do chemicals for a spa, but Bromine is a lot different from Chlorine. Make sure you have all chemicals before filling tub....proper water chemistry is essential from the first moment....took two days to get proper chemistry, and filter had already become infected and had to replace it. Great tub with surprising amount of bubbles!

this spa is more trouble than it is worth. first off, you can only comfortably fit 2 people in it. second, the thermostat reading was all over the place, it has yet to heat up past 95 degrees. and my plug in got wet so now i think it is kaput. only consider this if you are going to have it indoors. the cover and lock on it is nice. that's about it. don't waste your money.

I have had this tub for about 3 days . Its incredible, touch of the button set up and heats up in 12 hrs. Its the best 500.00 dollars I've ever spent. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to get rid of there daily aches and pains or just to relax. The thick vinyl is so sturdy I can see it lasting a very long time. buy this and you wont be disappointed.

It's a pretty good value for the size. It only seats 2 comfortably. It takes a day or two to heat up to 104. Make sure that you get chemicals; just trust me! The bubbles are nice; overall it is a good hot tub.

didn't last long

We loved it at first. It cools off after about an hour but worked for us. Up to 3 adults comfortably. We bought ours in June and it got a hole that traveled fast in the bottom of the inside by Aug. So it worked great but for the money I thought it would last longer than 3 months. We used it a couple times a week and were careful with it so there was really no reason for it to get a hole. Still don't know what happened. We plan to use the heater in the pool next year.

Does Not Get Hot

We tried everything, but heater does NOT make water 104 degrees as stated in sales literature. We love the looks, the design, the color and the ease of use of the hot tub but it just doesn't get as hot as promised. Would LOVE the product if it only would heat up to 104 as indicated. We live in South Florida, so the weather doesn't really get COLD, so it doesn't have anything to do with the insulation. The unit's thermometer reads 103 now but when tested with 2 other digital themometers...it is really only up to 101.4. We have asked the company for a return authorization. Have not yet heard back from them

We set up the spa and it was leaking from the pipe underneath. It was poorly put together with some kind of glue on the outside. It wasn't seald very well.
