Great way to get into playing music on vinyl. Works as it should and sounds great as a basic setup. I love the portability and am using it more than I would with a static component setup. I also like the headphone jack and bluetooth connectivity. Battery lasts long, though I wish it was more accessible to change for a new battery if ever needed. Playback has been crisp and clear with no distortion. No issues with skipping or speed variability - it does what it is supposed to, better than it should be!
This player is so versatile, it's a lot nicer than the entry level suitcase portable turntables, better sounding built-in speakers, a better needle (moving magnetic cartridge), Bluetooth out (so you can use external Bluetooth speakers & in (so your phone can use the Revolution GO's speakers) & the player is RECHARGEABLE (8+ hours of battery life on a full charge). Very easy to operate, very sleek but retro design, truly portable but also a substantial build with lots of thoughtful details. Would not hesitate to recommend one to anyone who needs a portable way to play vinyl records.
Got the red version and am loving it... From the classy, compact modern-retro design to the functionality (BT connect is a huge plus), it's the perfect turntable for my work station... and I love bringing it kitchen-side for listening sessions with the fam. Thanks Victrola!
I bought this record player as an upgrade from my previous Victrola record player and it was so worth it. The speakers are very clear and loud, with the design being sleeker. I found that the records that would skip on the other player I owned didn't skip on this one which could be because of the better needle. I think this works for someone who enjoys playing vinyl in their free time for a few hours a day or just bringing it out when they want to use it. The wireless and bluetooth features of this record player are really good which allows for travel usage.
This portable turntable is absolutely amazing not only is the Bluetooth functionality spot on its great for when I'm digging for records all over the world and playing back in my hotel room and listing through my Bluetooth speakers of choice highly recommended this for any vinyl enthusiast..
First off, it just looks good. Just a stylish addition to the living room. It is really simple and sounds really good. Overall we are very happy with purchasing this record player. The quality is perfect too.
Love this unit. I'm surprised by the quality of sound from the internal speaker. Easily paired with Bluetooth for even better sound. Portability is next level.
Wish wish wish I could love this record player, I got it as a gift from my husband and it worked beautifully for the first year. Into the second year I keep having problems with the needle, I've replaced it 5 times. FIVE TIMES. And it will play for an hour and go back to saying I need to replace the needle. Really disappointed, I would say go for the more quality record players.
I've ordered 3 of these machines from 2 retailers. All 3 machines had the same issue: the battery wouldn't charge, and even while plugged in, the record player wouldn't play for more than 10 seconds. Note: I live in Belgium, so I can only assume that the machines from those retailers (all very respectable, by the way) all come from the same warehouse filled to the brim with defective machines. My guess: the cheapest type of battery that just can't handle not being used for more than a few months. Victrola support didn't take me very seriously either, stating that they "have not had other customers complaining of such a problem." Well, I'm sorry for "complaining" about an expensive machine that doesn't even work! I like the concept of the Revolution Go, but a concept is worthless if it can't be delivered. I hope I can one day get a rechargeable record player that does work, that would be great!
I purchased one of these and it will not stay on for more than 10 seconds. I cannot find the receipt. Will Victorla still replace it? I've even tried another power supply. Same issue.
