Like the Wi-Fi capabilities
Nice unit but have to have professionally installed wiring mess
I'm not sure about this as of yet. We put it in but house isn't as cold as it was before. I don't know maybe it's just me
i like the look of it, like having the app on my phone with easy access to set my temp.. i dont like it keeps tripping my breaker
The O/B wire which makes the heat pump switch from hot to cold would not work. The wiring instructions do not apply to all systems.
We've had several Vine thermostats in our homes and relatives homes. We have always been pleased with thermostats from this company, to include this latest model. This was the first unit we received that was defective (installed by an AC tech) the unit would not run AC, only blows hot air (heat). AC tech replaced unit with our old Vine TJ610. AC worked fine. We returned this unit, TJ919 at point of purchase.
unit doesn't function properly and app doesnt either.
I bought several of them and the things flat out don't work. Worse yet, there's zero customer service. No matter what day or time of day you call, there's one guy who finally answers the phone sounding like you just woke him up from a long nap. At some point when he can't help you but you keep asking questions anyway, hoping to find someone actually knows, without another word he just hangs up. Return policy is awful as well. I kept trying to get things working for so long that now I'm stuck with them
