The headset has really good sound but it doesn't have a microphone attached and it's not a USB headset. This is a plug in wired headset. I did my research and noticed there are three versions of this same brand. Two of them have microphones with a USB plug and one doesn't have a microphone and USB plug. When I placed my order here on this site, the information wasn't correct regarding the type of headset I would receive. I was told that I would be receiving the USB version with the microphone attached but I received the plug in version with no microphone attached. Overall, the headset had good sound and I can make phone calls and listen to music with it too. But the seller needs to be accurate about the product description.
This was not as expected. it does not have the mic shown. Would have been better off with a cheap pair of ear buds.
I bought this thinking it would come with the mic attached on the side like how it is shown in the picture, and that is not what got shipped to me. The microphone was attached to the wire, and people claimed it was very hard to hear me when I spoke over video. Also, after about 3 minutes of listening to the sound quality, the headphones started making crackling noises and then stopped playing sound all together, and at that point the mic stopped working too. This was all within 30 minutes of me opening the box and plugging them in.
