Love how easy it is to install. This PC is seriously turn key. Did not like the internal packaging. I understand it's for protection, but it was a bugger to get out. Also I wish it had better directions for initial start up for someone who is a gamer it's no big deal, but this was my first PC I've ever bought.
Everything fine but the lights don't come on in inside idk if there is a app I need to go to or it's supposed to just come on when I plug it in but that is the only problem that I have everything else is cool

Ive had this computer about a week now has not lagged on any game ive played it goes without saying if your looking for somthing for cyperpunk or raytracing this is not your computer but if you looking for a great budget computer for games like fallout 4 this is the computer for you i was getting 80fps on fallout 4 at one point got 100fps in my package i got everything that is displayed the only thing that dident come as diplayed was a rgb fan in the back it dose have a fan just not rgb not a big deal you can get one for 10$ other then that it comes with everything you see and read
I got this for my son. He's been super excited about getting it. We just opened up the box yesterday to set it up and there's a crack in the front part. I don't think it affects using the computer but when something is that expensive, it's disheartening. Other than that the computer seems to work fine. When i sent emails before it was delivered to the company they always sent a response.
it is what we ordered but once receiving it, the game my son wanted to play would not work on this pc. ive contacted seller twice to start a return and noone has gotten ahold of me when it says 48 hrs someone will reach out. it has been several days.
Garbage. Barely a month %26 it's already malfunctioning. I saw the 5-star ratings %26 figured most were positive, so let's go with it. But now that my son's been having so much trouble with it, I reviewed the ratings %26 I'm just smacking myself. The 5-star ratings were scored right after purchase. The much lower ratings were scored later, after they'd given the computer a chance to prove itself. This computer is indeed garbage--shiny off the shelf, but a few weeks away from the trash pile. :(
When I bought this I looked at all the specs and thought it would run better games then my pc I have now. It could not run a simple game. When returned they did not get me my full return back and they took $130 dollars and refuse to answer my email. Do not buy this pc.
New out of the box, will not connect to monitor. Called help number they create a ticket and only email you with suggestions on how to fix it . Having me remove parts and replacing them. This still doesn't fix the problem. Can not get a live agent on the phone to walk you through problems and how they are going to fix it. Highly disappointed this was the only Christmas gift my son wanted and he can't use it . I'm still waiting on response of what the next steps will be
Don't bother. My item was VERY late and was only sent AFTER I sent in a request for a cancel and refund, which wasn't even addressed until several days AFTER I received the item. And while the system works well, there is a catch- the windows product key is already being used on a DIFFERENT computer! I really wish I had looked at the reviews before buying from this company.
