Phone works great, good feel in the hand, beautiful screen. Take a little getting used to having to swipe to get buttons that are always on other phones (home, apps in use, app menu). I've read some complaints about newer android phones not able to store apps on SD card, but with Android 5.0, the problem has been resolve (check app settings, select move SD). Phone has 1GB of RAM and 5GB storage. Keyboard is responsive, accurate and auto-correct works well. Battery life is fine -- I can use the phone all day before having to charge it. There's a built-in Moto app, where I can flick my wrist to bring up the camera, display the time, just by glancing at the phone, and a sleep mode so I'm not disturbed.

I've been using this phone for 3 months already, and I still prefer it over the LG Volt that I used before. The minuses: - has no flash - battery isn't removable/replaceable - phone does reboot by itself one every 2 days or so The pluses (comparing to the LG Volt): - sound output from the mic jack sounds much better/clearer - screen resolution is much sharper - all 3 buttons (power, vol up, vol down) are all on the right side - seems to run faster, and battery seems to last longer - has OTG (allows it to access data on a micro-USB memory stick) which is the main reason I switched from the LG Volt - Android 5.0 seems to run faster

This phone is truly terrible. DONT BUY IT. Wish I had read these reviews. I bought it for someone as a gift but Im going to have to try to return it. Literally nothing on it works properly. I guess that explains why it was on sale for half price. I cant even get it to activate and even though Im connected and signed into wifi it wont update because it keeps telling me to connect to a wifi connection. Ive very tech savvy...so I know it's not a user error. This thing isnt worth ten bucks. Dont waste your time.

loaded with bloatware...

The phone comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, and 1gb of RAM; however, because of the RAM that the OS requires, there is about 850mb of RAM, but the bloatware uses about have of that.

I have never had so much trouble from a smart phone as I have with this one. This phone will make you a hater of smart phones. Consistent daily failure. I have to re-start the phone at least every other day. The first one I bought was so bad I thought I purchased a defective phone so I was going to return it for another one. I ended up accidentally dropping it and cracked the digitizer screen so didn't get to return it, so DON'T drop this phone, very sensitive. The new Moto E I purchased has just as many problems as the first. Bluetooth problems, locks my cars computer up (no other phone has EVER done this). Keyboard problems, the keyboard won't come up half the time on messaging and other apps that require keyboard. You have to end up exiting the app and restarting it to make the keyboard work again. Chrome locking up and having to turn the phone off and on again (this phone does not have a re-start feature). The entire phone locking up and having to turn it off and on. The on-board sounds-- like ring tones and notification sounds-- are clipped and faulty sounding. Apps randomly disappearing and failing. This happened with BOTH phones, not just one of them. I am returning the second one (hopefully I won't drop it this time) and getting an LG. I do not have time to constantly mess with an unruly phone.

It was "almost" perfect but then....

Having to down grade my previous phone because of switching phone companies to this one was a change. At first glance it was smaller then my other phone but it had fit in my pocket and purse pretty good. The best thing I loved on this phone was the sound, I could put it on full blast and hear it down on the other end of the house. It downloads games really well, and Facebook seemed to work fantastic on it. Auto correct on it was a pain thou, and texting was a difficulty on it at times. I "would have" recommended this phone BUT not even a month later having the phone it just turned off one day by itself and frozen up. Since then we could not get it back up and running. If you do want to chance it then I would recommend buying the extra warranty Walmart has because chances are you are going to need it!
