In addition, after taking regularly for about a week, I started noticing an improvement with being able to stay more focused on tasks I needed to complete and it seemed like I had a bit of a better memory for everyday tasks. I tend to get frazzled and forgetful - as I walk in the kitchen multiple times forgetting what I went in there for the type of thing because I have so much going on. They are very soft, easy to chew, and taste like fresh berries. I love VitaFusion's products and they have knocked it out of the park again with Brain Food. I would prefer if they contained a bit less sugar. I try to watch my carbs for health reasons and was surprised to see that these have 6 grams of carbs for just two gummies – that could be a problem for some folks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for free to try it out.After reading the supplement facts I decided to take only one gummy every day because I don't need a totally overdosed Vitamin B-6 and even more the Vitamin B-12.My body would have only the work to get rid of the over amount.The first ingredient is glucose syrup what could be replaced with a better sweetener.That's why I would claim the gummies as a candy because they are very sweet but also have a bitter aftertaste what lingers.I didn't notice any improvement in my stress or focus after using it over a week.
