I appreciate that these gummies offer a 2 gummy serving for 3 mg of melatonin, which means that you can opt for 1 gummy and get a 1.5 mg dose. If you're concerned with cureent research in the overdosing of melatonin, particularly in young people, this low dose option is especially helpful. I've found the gummies to be highly effective as an occasional aid for sleep, and the great taste is helpful! Occasional dosing has made a tremendous difference in breaking sleepless cycles in our household, and I recommend to anyone struggling with similar issues.
These are the only melatonin gummies I like.. they always taste fresh and the flavor taste natural and they don't get sticky and stick together in the bottle
I just started taking this about a week ago. I chew 2 gummies about 30 minutes before bed. It seems to be working great. I usually have trouble going to sleep and was looking for a natural remedy. Since melatonin is a natural sleep aid, I decided to try. Since taking this every night at bedtime, I get a good nights sleep and wake up without that sleepy hangover feeling. I feel great getting a more restful sleep.
I ordered 10 mg melatonin berry flavored gummies, and they were out of them, so they replaced them with the white tea and peach gummies, which I don't mind, except they were only 3mgs. When Walmart employees replace supplements or anything that has a dosage amount like aspirin or something, they really need to look at what they pick. It's not like getting one drink flavor instead of another. it's a dosage that's very important! Especially with these. It takes 3 gummies for 3 mgs, and I take 10-15 mgs a night, so that's 10 - 15 gummies instead of 1 - 1.5! Thank goodness its sugar free! Could you imagine?
I've been using this product for years. It's great because the whole family can take them. We just use one needed, but they work faster and better than the pills do. They also taste good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked how the free sample of Melatonin I received from VitaFusion helped me relax and gently fall asleep. I love that it contains ingredients that naturally help a person relax into sleep, like Chamomile Flower (it also has Lemon Balm Leaf and Passion Flower in it too). As far as taste goes, I would say that it has a light, slightly "tea" like flavor (not overly flavored). I don't always have trouble falling asleep, but when I do it is nice to have something on hand that can help.
I've been using these gummies before bed for several months and have even bought them for a friend. I take the recommended dosage and feel well rested when I wake up. I like that they don't contain cane sugar, hfcs, or artificial coloring. I would give 5 stars if they used a vegetarian friendly alternative to gelatin and concentrates for sweetener instead of sugar alcohols.
