I recommend this product because I can actually feel an increase in energy when I take it. It tastes good, too! The price here at Swanson Health Products is much better than the health food store price.
I did a lot of research to find the best liquid mufti-vitamin and this one came out on top. One of the few that I can feel a real difference with, more strength, more stamina when combined with the mufti-mineral.

This is a great liquid multivitamin. It has all the active forms of the vitamins and minerals. It tastes great and no stomach upset. The seller gave a great experience. The item arrived securely packed and 5 days early which for me was perfect as I had just finished my previous multi.
Because I have sensitivities to most capsule and pill form vitamins due to those long name fillers most manufacturers add, this liquid vitamin is perfect for me.

This is probably very good for your body but Taste is Awful. I can take almost anything but will not be ordering any more of this.
