I usually buy the biggest size possible of this product for daily use. However, recently I needed to travel for work. I purchased these travel packs %26 they were convenient. What I didn't use on my trip, I'll put in my purse for when I'm on the go! I only wish the price point was better! If the price was lower, I'd buy these more.
These make it easy to take my morning collagen on vacations with me. I also keep one in the car for those times I forget to add it to my coffee. I tried to be more frugal and packed individual servings in snack size ziplocks. But my “frugal” method was not as convenient and was definitely more messy. It also resulted in waste when the ziplocks started looking rough when they were not used for a while and they ended up being thrown away. The collagen itself mixes easily with my coffee, so as long as it is in a closed thermos, a couple of swirls and shakes is all it takes. No spoon or stirrer needed. I've been taking it for years -with only one break attempted. During that break I found my nails started getting weaker and my finger joints hurt more often. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but I'm sticking with this collagen for the foreseeable future.
