I mix into my coffee and have it about twice a day. My hairdresser notices the growth and I also notice the fullness to my hair. I don't think I can go from neck length to bra strength length just relying on this product but it will give your hair some strength and fullness.
I have been using this for around 3 years. I put it in my coffee every morning. I feel it has really helped with joint inflammation. I do believe it has made a difference in my skin and hair as well! My advice if you are thinking of buying it… give it a try!! I really love it. Chocolate flavor is really good as well!
It blends in water great, and I add water enhancer to cover up the slight taste and it's not thick or anything. 10/10 recommend
I have been taking this faithfully for several months. At first I noticed that there was less hair on my comb in the morning. Now I have new hair about an inch and a half long! I don't have the illusion that I will eventually have hair like I had when I was young, but it is so much better. If you have patience, it will come!
Flavorless and odorless! The easiest way to get collagen in and add it to different drinks
It's my first time, as recommended by my Boss, buying this product. It says that it usually takes 3-4 months of constant use before you see the results. I'll see how it goes. So far so good.
I make this into a smoothie and try to have it at least every day or every other day. I put a banana, a little bit of peanut butter, some turmeric, 2% milk, a little over two scoops of the vital proteins as well as cranberries, and mix them together. Be sure not to use dried cranberries, soak the cranberries overnight if you have to. The result is a great smoothie for your joints and for arthritis. I've tried all the vital proteins flavors and they're all great.
This product has no smell or flavor, unlike the other brands, which has a fishy smell and taste. I add it to my coffee every morning. I feel 100% better after just a few days of drinking this.
The product is overall good BUT THE PRICE IS NOT FOR THE OUNCES SAMS HAD A BETTER DEAL WITH MORE OUNCES BUT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED THIS I WILL SHOP AROUND IN THE FUTURE!!!
I ordered some protein on Mar3 so I thought well I will check on the package today Mar 16. I got a thank you card for my order but didn't get the product 13 Days is long enough to wait for something. Never again will I order from this company. Ever!!! And the letter and tracking %23 was an envelope again never never ever with this company
