This was my second flavor of Pre and I after trying their other flavors in other perfomance areas (Recover, Sleep) I would stick with this one. Its like drinking a gatorade or a propel for flavor. Its very fruity, very sweet. I only use 1 scoop per drink and about 12oz of water, so that may be why I prefer it when others didn't.
This is perfect for my extra long workouts. It gives me the energy that I need to keep moving.
i bought this in a bargain bin and figured even if it was bad i would get my money's worth. really surprised that it's better than any of the top shelf pre workout i've tried. i don't feel it working but my improvements are as much as ten-fold so i'm ordering another container of Vital Performance guava lime with alpha GPC this week. i don't usually leave reviews and it's rare that i have any loyalty to a brand but this was a game changer
This product has everything I need to fuel my long distance runs and it tastes great! I'm sensitive to caffeine but I don't experience any jitters when I take this. I notice a difference in overall mental clarity and my joint pain has also decreased.
This product delivers on its purpose. Had helped me push through with more strength and endurance during my 60 min MMA cardio sessions. The only drawback is the taste. I got the watermelon blueberry and it's just one of those drinks you have to down quickly to avoid the taste. Let's put it this way you can sip on it or you will not want to finish it.

I ordered the watermelon blueberry, thinking the flavor sounded great. However, it's pretty hard to drink because the state is so bad. It's almost sour. I tried mixing it with the recommended amount of water, as well as trying to disguise the flavor by putting it in a smoothie. Both were so bad I couldn't drink it. I am using it currently, but have to put it in about 20oz if water to try and dilute the taste. I love vital proteins, I've never had a product I didn't love, until this one. I will still buy this product again, because I do really want to continue to use this particular pre workout blend, but will try a different flavor and hope it tastes better!

I have tried many pre-workouts and this one just didn't do it for me. I don't drink caffeine so I was hoping that even though this is a lower dose for a pre-workout that it would give a little more pep in my step. The flavor is nice, though! I wouldn't order again.
This is specifically for the watermelon/blueberry. I haven't tried any other flavor. This is the most disgusting thing that I have ever ingested. I gagged after every sip and I couldn't finish it. One time when I was 16 I drank half a bottle of banana rum with no chaser. I would rather drink that again than take one more sip of this awful substance. How did this even make it onto shelves? This is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. You guys should be paying me for the pain and suffering I have endured. I literally licked my arm to get the taste out of my mouth because I didn't have any water or snacks to save me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS.
I bought the pre workout after falling in love with the Collagen Protein. I workout about 5 times a week and was so excited to try this. It had great ingredients and the flavor sounded great. I mixed the two scoops with 12oz of water as directed and I thought it was spoiled. I checked the expiration date and it still has a year on the shelf life. I tried it again today to give it a second chance and it was awful. I can eat and drink a lot of things and this is really bad. I would like a refund.
