These replaced a few of my other supplements I had been taking to help manage my anxiety and energy levels. The ingredient list is definitely better than the other ones I had been taking and these pills are easy to swallow. I started taking one right before bed to see how they would effect me and in the morning I woke up with a noticeable difference in my mood.
Loving these Vitality supplements! I take these because they provide me major relief with stress and anxiety. I had tried their other products and loved them so gave this a shot and it is no different. They work well if you have high pressure such as a presentation or big event coming up. It has helped me feel more relaxed as well as alert and ready to face what is coming my way.
The ingredients are amazing and I've been taking it most days when I'm busy and need to control my stress levels. I have noticed I've been more alert and awake when I take it in the morning. Highly recommend to start a day of work.
I love EU Natural and own several of their other products. The pills are easy to swallow and the bottle looks great on my bathroom counter. If you're not taking any multivitamins, I would recommend starting with this one as it has a lot of important key minerals to help regulate the body. If you are taking any multivitamins I would alternate between the two daily. I love the smell of these vitamins, and they didn't have a taste when consuming. I would recommend.
I really like this multivitamin! I was previously taking D3, B12, and magnesium and found that they helped my energy...this supplement includes those plus even more helpful vitamins and herbs! It is so convenient to be able to just take 2 of these every morning (rather than a whole slew of individual supplements) and its cheaper too.
