These vitamins are absolutely amazing! They are an honest fast dissolve and taste great! They are not too big or have a yucky chalky taste. They work fast as well! 1 tablet and I slept all night calmly and hard and woke feeling very refreshed and energized!
I was pessimistic that a natural product could do very much as a sleep aid, but I was very wrong indeed! When this product arrived I gave one to my adult (special needs) daughter, who usually wakes up several times during the night to have snacks, and I also took one, as I stay up far too late and I need to get back on a routine for the start of the school year. It tasted great (fruity) and melted in our mouths. My daughter began to show obvious signs of sleepiness within a few minutes. I began to feel very much at peace first, followed by sleepiness. We both went to bed at a decent hour and got a great night's sleep. If she got up, I didn't know it because I was resting very comfortably. We will definitely continue to use this product!
These quick dissolve tablets contain twice the melatonin as in other brands. They are pleasantly flavored to make swallowing easy. And the tablets are nice and small--no horse pills here. Melatonin is produced by our bodies but the amount we produce gradually reduces as we age. I take one of these tablets 1/2 hour before bedtime and I go gently to sleep. I wake up refreshed with no hangover. No longer do I lie in bed listening to my husband sleep soundly while I wait to go to sleep. They are safe and gentle. They also help when traveling to adjust your body clock to the local time zone and overcome jetlag.
This product really helps with sleep. Both fall asleep quickly and get a restful nights sleep for sure. I did feel a little groggy in the morning so I attempted to take a half a dose which is actually recommended on the bottle's instructions to check tolerance. However, these pills are tiny, do not have a score, and made to fast dissolve so when cut, they tend to just crush and crumble. If 20 milligrams is your dose then these are definitely for you! They don't taste horrible either
I received the Vitamtic Melatonin 20 mg Fast Dissolve Nighttime Sleep Aid in Natural Berry Flavor. I like that this bottle is large; containing 120 tablets. Each tablet is contains 20mg of melatonin, so you can easily split these and get the bottle to last for twice as long. I have never tried anything over 10mg so I was interested to see how well it would work. I took a tablet about 45 minutes before bed. These have a good berry flavor and dissolve quickly without a yucky after taste. I would say within 30 minutes, I was so relaxed, I quickly drifted asleep. I also like how I don't wake up groggy or hungover, rather energized ready to start my day! These are made in the USA and are %100 drug free- so you can safely take them without becoming “habit forming”. I wish I had discovered these sooner. I would absolutely recommend this brand!
As I've gotten older, I have been having trouble falling asleep at night. I didnt really want to take any prescription medication so I started looking around for an alternative. I came across the Vitamatic fast dissolving melatonin. They come in easy to dissolve pills that are great for anyone that has a hard time swallowing pills. They are very small and dissolve quickly. I have been getting much better sleep now and falling asleep much faster. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed. I would recommend these for anyone that wants help with a restful night of sleep.
I tried this melatonin for the first time to help me fall asleep. I work a job which causes my sleep schedule to fluctuate a lot so I wanted something that would help me get sleepy but I didn't want to take anything stronger. This seemed like a good solution. After taking this tablet, it took about 20 or 25 minutes for me to get sleepy and then fall asleep. I only ingested one tablet (not on an empty stomach). The size and shape of the table made it easy to swallow. Personally I did not like the taste of the tablet. The "berry" flavor tasted very artificial and weird. It was fine however, because the taste did not linger. I would probably buy these again once I run out.
Vitamtic Melatonin 20 mg Fast Dissolve Tablets work quickly and effectively to help fall asleep faster amd stay asleep through the night. They taste pretty good as well. The bottle advises to start with have a tablet to test your tolerance. I highly recommend doing that as well..half was enough for me. I would recommend these.
These Vitamtic Melatonin 20 mg Fast Dissolve 120 Tablets | Nighttime Sleep Aid work really well. They work great to help me relax for sleep. They are fast dissolving which is great because it means I'll probably fall asleep a little sooner. Even though these are quick dissolving with berry flavor, I wouldn't let it dissolve in your mouth as the flavor is not very good. I would swallow it like a normal pill. It's still a great product for relaxing and hopefully falling asleep sooner.
The 4 stars is for the PRODUCT ONLY. Love this product and usually like Walmart. Hate that they use FedEx for shipping. FedEx left this outside my door in reach of my dog and I had a very sleepy dog on overdose watch all weekend. Luckily this product is all natural and doesn't have artificial sweeteners or it could have killed my dog quickly. She ingested over half of the 120 tablets. Walmart did refund my purchase price...in 7-10 days which they should have been able to refund it in a gift card immediately but they refused. So now I have none for myself for the next 7-10 days and if I reorder from them I will have to pay shipping. They basically told me it's not their fault so too bad for me. SO WALMART GETS 2 STARS. AND FED EX GETS ZERO STARS. I am disabled and order tons of $$ through Walmart. Or I used to.
