I find I have more energy after taking this B Complex formula. Also, I don't get any acid reflux with this product like some similar products from other companies.

Great price for these. Take these to make sure I have a regular intake of my B vitamins. So happy to find these for the price they are. Tablets are super easy to swallow. Take these to maintain brain and nervous system function. You get a decent potency from these too, compared to some complex supplements that barely have enough of each vitamin to do anything.
The quality for it's price is reasonable. I hope we will benefit frim the said ingredients. It has no taste. As for the potency we all know that it works for immune system booster. It is also well package.

The quality and ingredients are ok I guess, without having it analysed by an independent body it's very hard to say. I swallow the pills and therefore do not taste anything. Good enough for now.

i used it only a few times, couldn't tell if i felt anything different, the effect is supposed to give you energy, but quite honestly didnt feel it. the size is suffecient, the quality is average.
