I have definitely noticed less bloating when I take this and less stomach discomfort in general! I usually take it with an empty stomach in the morning, it has a funky taste but you just swallow it anyway. It kicks in rather quick and helps flush everything out. I think I will be taking this regularly because I can feel the good bacteria working its magic!
The jury is still out as regards effectiveness since I have only started to take it consistently for about 2 weeks. I appreciate that it is stable at room temperature and that it has been highly rated by many of your reviewers. Will report again on effectiveness after taking it awhile longer.
The contents of the probiotic seem to be very well blended and provided me with a lot of relief of stomach ailments within 10 days of using it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a quick as well as long term solution to stomach discomfort or other related issues which have been plaguing them for years. I am going to try a few more bottles of this product since it worked so well for me.
was finally able to get my system back to normal and be able yto eat a;ll the stuff that i once could not eat and eat like i want to with any digestive issues. Didn\'t cause any stomach irritation, very gentle. Haven\'t noticed any huge changes yet, but I\'m hoping with continuing to take them I will see some results. I\'m mostly wanting to restore my gut back to health and adding a good probiotic is very important for that.
Amazing - I am normal again. After over 9 months of being treated for what appeared to be IBS, after 9 months of fearing I will never see normal again, after trying probiotics over the counter with no results, I decided to try these. OMG!! I saw the difference within 24 hrs. By one week my symptoms were 50% gone, by week three 95%. Now over one month out, I have no symptoms of IBS at all. I don't have to check in milk to see that these work, there is no doubt.
I finally found a probiotic that does what was created to do!! I've been trying many brands over the years, but started Vitamin Bounty a week ago and I finally seem to have won the battle against constipation and upset tummy. Love taking it first thing in the morning with a big glass of warm water, sets me up for the day to keep myself on the healthy track. VitaminBounty PRO-25 ROCKS!

We bought this four our 2 year old son who can't handle milk but would like to. The first one we gave him we're not sure if he ate it (chewed it), swallowed it after it finally dissolved, or if he just swallowed it. After that we couldn't get him to take another so we opened the capsule and added it to his drinks. It doesn't mix well with drinks but still seemed to be effective, he can take one capsule every other day and drink as much milk or eat as much cheese as he desires. I think it will be a great product for him once he's older but for now we'll have to stick with the gummies or something similar.
This was my second experience with using a probiotic. I did not experience any bloating or excess gas, which is what I was worried about. With supplements, time will tell how it will work for my body in the long run. I will update my review depending on how it continues to perform for me. This probiotic is definitely better than the one I got from a convenience store awhile back.* I took two stars down because I am not sure if I trust this company. Also, customer service wasn't helpful when I had a question about the product /: I decided to stop taking this product for the time being because of my question not being addressed.
