These gummies are yummy! These make no definitive claims to prevent or cure any cold or illness. Some studies I've read have shown that Elderberry extract is helpful so I do like taking this supplement daily. The elderberry flavour is very enjoyable and each gummy contains:7.5 Calories2g Carbs1.5g Sugar45mg Vitamin C3.75mg Zinc Citrate10mg Sodium50mg Elderberry fruitSuggested serving size is 2 gummiesday so this would only be a one month supply for one person. The dosage of immune boosting vitamins are very low so you may be better off investing in an alternative product but that's not for me to decide.What I most like about this supplement is that it's sweetened using tapioca syrup and regular ol' cane sugar. This is preferable to me rather than the use of artificial sweeteners.

Great taste so the whole family doesn't mind taking them. This product is great for boosting the immune system. They can be taken every day for continuous immune support. I've given my two kids elderberry products for the last 3 years. I think it works very well for kids' 9and adults) immune systems. Zinc and Vitamin C are a nice addition to the other Elderberry gummies on the market. It's like a gummy, but slightly more chewy. My kids do not like taking zinc supplements, so hiding some zinc in this gummy is genius for our family. Even witht eh zinc, it's sweet and pleasant to eat. These are some very delicious tart gummies that have a nice range of immunity-boosting ingredients to keep your immune system up at this crucial time. They are small in size, smooth in texture and strong in flavor. You also get a generous amount in the bottle. Both kids and adults would love them, and I highly recommend keeping them on hand!
I love everything about these Elderberry Complex gummies. First off, the taste is second to none! There is zero aftertaste, on the contrary, they tase amazing!! The fact that they are a blend of vitamin C and Zinc it makes a perfect combination for immune boosting during these very uncertain times. This is definitely a dietary supplement I would endorse, recommend and will add to my daily regular health maintenance plan.
My daughter took the elderberry gummy vitamins for two weeks everyday and noticed an increase in her energy and overall health as well as improvement in her skin as she breaks out easily. It comes with 60 gummies which is a fair amount as you take 2 per day. The taste and texture of the gummies are great. They taste like a raspberry gummy without a strong taste of medication that usually comes along with vitamin gummies, they do not taste too sugary which is great because you do not feel the guilt of eating gummies and also getting the benefits with a great taste. The packaging is clean and detailed and was appropriately sealed. All the information is easy to understand and easy to read. I got 2 brands of elderberry gummies to compare. This review is for the S M Nutrition Elderberry gummy complex with vitamin C and zinc. It has a great raspberry flavor (only 1.5 grams of sugar) and I have to be strict with myself not to take more than the 2 gummies that are a daily serving.It provides 100% of your daily requirement of vitamin C and 68% of the zinc requirement. The combination of elderberry, vitamin C, and zinc are in high demand right now as a booster for your immune system. It's good to keep it on hand if you feel cold or flu symptoms coming on or you can take it as an ongoing preventative. I've taken zinc by itself in the past when I had a cold and felt it did minimize it some.The size (60 gummies) and the price is comparable in the two brands (the other one was Maxi-Health). I recommend this brand without reservation.
These gummies taste great, it's really almost like eating candy. The individual gummies look like little berries. I like that you get a whole standard doze of Vitamin C from a single gummy, and a large amount of Zinc. Vitamin C in particular is one of those things that is hard to have too much of in your diet. If you're pill adverse, I think this is a good alternative to getting these supplements in your diet in an easy way daily.The only thing I'm not crazy about is that there is no mention of where the product is actually manufactured anywhere on the packaging, it simply says who it was manufactured for but where did it come from? It's not that I don't trust the brand to be selling a low quality product, wherever it comes from, but I personally prefer to buy Canadian where possible, and American as a secondary source and given that it seems that the origin of manufacturing is being purposefully obscured I doubt either of these is the case here.

Mine was made in May, 2020.Expiration date is on the bottom of the bottle (and also on the side of the label). Mine expires May 2022.I like foods & drinks that boost my health and immune system. Elderberries are part of my routine; I feel these elderberry gummies are a good backup option, for the times when I run out of my preferred brand.
These arrived earlier than expected which was nice considering everything that's going on with delayed packages. Aside from that, these gummies taste REALLY good! Definitely doesn't taste like you're taking vitamins. They are a bit pricey but I didn't mind paying for it.
