I am a 60 year old female that has been losing my hair due to age and a thyroid condition. I have been taking this supplement for a full week now. Since that time, I am noticing new hairs in my scalp, and slowly my existing hair is becoming softer. I do notice some stomach pain 30 minutes after I take the supplement, but it goes away and it is not acute. I am happy with this product and will continue to take it.
I have been using this product for many months and it does work with time. My hair has grown back thin in some spots but thick and full in other balding places, so it does work and well worth the money. Unfortunately sometimes it has a very brief fishy taste which goes away instantly after you swallow the water to take it.
This is a great!! If your hair is thinning please try this product. I have had great and noticeable results ..give 3-6 months to see improvement. I stopped buying this product for a few months due to the cost at CVS $49.99 and was so happy to find that Walmart carries Viviscal at a much lower cost. I would also recommend Nordic hair supplements but I find that for quicker results this product is the way to go..
I take it twice a day on top of my regular vitamins and supplements and every few years I notice my hair sheds more then usual and I know there is a time it will happen ( dying stage ) .Im two weeks into it and I have noticed that my shedding has decreased . I'm pleased with it so far, it is still early to give an overall review and I will be purchasing another one after 30 days.
This product does work. I was so depressed when my hair started falling off. I tried so many products and none of them work until I found these pills which change my life. Now my hair is growing back but remember it does not work overnight. I started taking these pills three (4) ago and now I can see new hair growing back. I am very happy!!!!
I've been using this product for a month, and although it hasn't stopped my hair from falling out, and I can't see any visible hair growth yet, it is amazing at how full and bouncy my hair is. I have used numerous products to get some life back to my hair. This product, wins hands down. The only reason that I haven't rated it 5 stars is because I haven't used it long enough to see if it will produce hair growth and stop my hair from falling out. But it merits 5 stars just for fluffy, bouncy hair alone.
I am a skeptic and when my wife said she wanted this product. I tried to talk her out of it. However, after 3 months I can see a difference and she is very happy. For longer hair, I doubt you will see a difference in less that 6 months. Since it is expensive, you should consider the time it takes to see the results is about 1 month for every inch to 1.5 inches.
I have only started using this supplement for about 2 weeks. I know it takes about 5 to 6 months to see any results. But so far I haven't had any bad reactions to it. A friend of mine who told me about the supplement said it smelled like fish, but I haven't really noticed that. I have alopecia areata so I'm hoping the pill will help. I will just have to wait & see.
